Purchased Warranty Policy
  • The warranty may only be purchased at the same time as the original item.
  • This warranty is good until the expiration date printed on the warranty receipt.
  • The warrantied item is good for one replacement, one time for the same item. If that item is not available, you may select substitute item(s) of equal or greater value (paying the difference) or a gift card of equal value.
  • You MUST present this warranty receipt at the time you choose to use the warranty.*.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item MUST be clean with no signs of use. If the item appears dirty or used, it may not be warrantied per OSHA rules and regulations.
  • The warrantied item MUST NOT have been tampered with or otherwise modified beyond the intended purpose of the item.
  • Items may be returned to any of our retail locations or you may mail it back to our warehouse using our Merchandise Warranty Form.
  • No drop-offs or pick-ups at our warehouse. Mail via USPS (United States Postal Service) only.
  • Mailed warranties will be issued a gift card as replacement.
  • * Lost receipts may be recovered for a $20 fee Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM. You must know the date of the purchase and it may only be reprinted at the store at which it was originally purchased.
