Store Pickup, Shipping And Handling Policies

  • Store Pickup Orders
    Orders are uduslly processed the within 30 minutes if submitted during business hours. You will receive notification when it is ready for pickup. If you fail to receive notification please call the store number on your receipt to see about the delay. Please have photo ID available when you arrive.
  • Store Pickup Order Cancellation
    Orders that are not picked up within 7 days will be cancelled and a 15% restocking fee assessed.
  • Shipping Information
    In most cases orders are processed and shipped on the same day the order is placed. We do not ship on weekends or on major holidays. Orders placed after 3pm EST/EDT will ship the next business day.
  • Shipping Service
    We ship using UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on the package and its destination. Most orders will arrive between 1-5 business days from the time the package is shipped.
  • Order Tracking
    Once we ship your order, you will be emailed a tracking number and link to the shippers tracking page. There is also a link on your receipt email to check your tracking status.
  • Signature Required
    For all orders an adult (21+) signature will be required to accept delivery.
  • Discreet Packaging
    We pack your order in non-descript boxes with no identifying logos or text. The only identifying marks are our shipping address and yours. Our business name does not appear anywhere on the package.
  • Out Of Stock Items
    Items that are unavailable when your order is being pulled are automatically refunded to your chosen payment method. If all of the items on your order are unavailable your order will be cancelled. In both cases you will receive an email notification.
  • Returned Orders
    Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be charged a 15% restocking fee and cancelled.
